Mad Bargain Blast will not have access to any personal information you provide to a third-party payment processor. We use your personal information to provide the Service, complete your transactions, and respond to your inquiries. How We Share Information
Your Panhandle Perks Members. When you post comments or other communications through the Site, other Your Panhandle Perks Users will see your username and the other information you choose to submit to the Service. Providing this information is voluntary and should correlate with the degree of interaction you want to have with Your Panhandle Perks Users. We recommend that you guard sensitive information and that you not use your real name as your username, since that would allow others to identify you.
Aggregate Information. We may share aggregated information that may include personal information with third parties, such as an analytics service, for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes.
Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (e.g., without limitation, accounting, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Site’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Site and Service are used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Merchants. We will share your name with the merchants from whom you purchase vouchers through the Service, together with a unique voucher number that associates the voucher with you. For example, when you make a purchase of a voucher through Your Panhandle Perks, we will provide your name to the applicable merchant who issued and sold the voucher for the successful fulfillment of your purchase.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Your Panhandle Perks cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, to protect the property and rights of Your Panhandle Perks or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
Business Transfers. Your Panhandle Perks may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
Other. For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information or with your consent.
Changing or Deleting Your Information
All members may review, update, correct or delete the personal information associated with their accounts by contacting us. Be aware that deleting certain information may result in the deactivation of your account. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. If you have made public postings to the Site, copies of these postings may remain viewable in cached or archived pages.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where you have chosen a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Our Policy Toward Children
This Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
